Lifestyle Assessment
A comprehensive assessment is made of you by discussing your activity throughout the week, your barriers to train, your work life balance, and your likes and dislikes in regards to training. All areas will be discussed in order to give us the details we need to know to create your personalised program that fits around your life.

Health Screen
A thorough health screen is done next, this is to ensure the session can be planned in a safe and effective way, it also helps us when training to know of any injuries or physical limitations your body may have or any medication you may be on which may make training harder for you.
Conducting safe and effective sessions is paramount.

Diet Analysis
An in-depth diet analysis of your eating will be made, all areas of your diet will be discussed from what you eat too much of to what you don’t eat enough of, to what you don’t like eating and to what we need to eat to help us achieve our goals. This gives us a great understanding as to where you’re going right, and where improvements need to be made. All the information gathered will be used to create a personalised Healthy Eating Plan that will work together with your training to help us reach your goals.

Goals/Timescales
Your goals will be discussed and realistic timescales and expectations will be arranged in order to achieve optimum results. Once this is agreed upon an individualised training program will be created for you to help you achieve your goals in your wanted timescale.

Physical Assessment
A physical assessment will be done at the start of your journey, the tests that will be performed are essential for us to track your progress. The tests will include, body composition and fat percentage, range of movement and postural analysis.

24/7 Support
Your trainer will always be there for you, whether it is for a motivational pick up by text message or to answer any questions you may have throughout your week. Every client of 1080 Fitness will have live support available to them throughout their whole journey to peak health, this is to ensure that there are no blips or bumps in our journey to reach your goals.
